Furthermore, dog(s) cannot be uncontrolled on or off premises where they might attempt to bite or kill. To avoid criminal charges, dog owners need to leash, muzzle, & provide locked enclosures for all dogs that may bite or cause property damage. Written notification of a dog(s) behavior must be given prior to a dog being sold, transferred or destroyed. |
